Shipping

All original paintings will be packed carefully and shipped within 7 days of placing your order, unless special shipping or crating services are required due to size.

Shipping is not included in the price and will be added at checkout. Air freight shipping has been varying significantly. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted at checkout, I reserve the right to contact you to discuss further charges or cancellation of the sale.

Please note that you are responsible for any additional custom or entry fees that may apply to your purchase.

Large or High Value Art Works

I understand that this is a high value purchase, and a painting I have put much of my time into. Its important for both parties that the work is transported safely. Some couriers and shipping companies have limits on size and dimensions of items shipped. Shipping charges for large artworks need to be quoted individually. Please contact me directly if you are interested in purchasing one of my large pieces. I will research shipping options and contact you by email to discuss costs and options prior to payment and dispatch. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed to you separately upon agreement.

Shipping Internationally

I can ship to most countries although delivery times and methods may vary and seem to change constantly. If you email me with your details and the piece you are interested in I can provide you with specific options and associated costs prior to completing your purchase.

Many countries are subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges are at the customer's expense.

Please note that shipping charges also contribute towards specialty packing supplies to keep your artwork safe.

In case of Damaged Paintings

If a painting arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damage on both the painting and the packaging. Please contact me immediately by email with the photographs to confirm next steps.
